Create or update a Role

put https://api.unloc.app/integrators/v1/lock-holders/{lockHolderId}/locks/{lockId}/roles/{userId}/

Creates a new Role or updates an existing one.

The userId path parameter should be URL-Encoded.

Requires the scope lockHolder.admin, for the Lock Holder owning the Lock.
