Sets up a new Vendor Connection with a Vendor Account. A Vendor Account may only be linked to a single Vendor Connection within the Unloc platform.
If there is already a Vendor Connection with the specified username in any other state than error or disconnected, the request will fail.
For Danalock: username and password must match the ones used to create the Vendor Account.
Sandbox environment: Only virtual Vendor Connections may be created in the Sandbox environment.
