Create a new Parqio Lock Connection

Sets up a new Parqio Lock Connection.

Note:

  • If there is already a Lock Connection with the siteId in any other state than error or disconnected, the request will fail.
  • A Parqio site may only be linked to a single Lock Connection within the Unloc platform.
