Create a new Parqio Lock Connection

post https://api.unloc.app/v2/projects/{projectId}/lock-connections/parqio

Sets up a new Parqio Lock Connection.

Note:

If there is already a Lock Connection with the siteId in any other state than error or disconnected, the request will fail.
A Parqio site may only be linked to a single Lock Connection within the Unloc platform.
