Sets up a new Lock Connection to a virtual Vendor. A virtual Vendor can be initiated with up to 100 Virtual Locks.

Even though Virtual Locks are not linked to a physical device, they behave like one: they show up as regular Locks inside the Unloc app and can receive open and close commands.

A Virtual Lock is meant to be used for testing while developing your integration.
